Zap School commences on April 30th, 2025 and finishes on June 30th, 2025. You will only gain access to the live sessions and any online materials within these dates — and extended access, additional live sessions or bonus online materials will only be granted at Kiah Worling ["Kiah"]'s discretion.

You agree to pay the fees upfront in full or by instalment payments [if applicable] on or before the date that fees become due. Instalment payments will be made using the same method selected at the time of purchase.

Your purchase of Zap School is fully non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If you get into a financial pickle and need to discuss you payment terms, please email yougotthis@kiahworling.com ahead of the due date so we can work something out. Payment extensions will only be greated at Kiah's discretion.

You acknowledge that the best way to make the most of your investment in Zap School is to show up for the live sessions and make every effort to do so. If by chance you can no longer make it, you will be able to catch a replay of any live session with a live recording to be distributed in the days following the live session.

Upon purchase of Zap School, you will receive an email with links to register for each live session and access any online materials. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate programs and hardware available to access the live sessions and use any online materials, and that this is not a reason for which Kiah can offer a refund.

You will need to make an account in order to access the live recordings and any online materials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of this account by protecting your password and account information and maintaining the accuracy of the information provided in this account.

You agree that you will not share your login details such as your username and password, or any secure links with anyone for any reason. You acknowledge that access to the live sessions or any online materials is not permitted to be sold, copied or shared without our prior written consent.

Use of content, unless otherwise indicated, is for your own personal use. Content may not be distributed in any way or used for public display or performance without our prior written consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your business as requested by Kiah and agree to promptly update information to maintain accuracy. Kiah reserves the right to suspend or cancel your enrolment and access to any online course materials and resources if we suspect that your information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Kiah reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue Zap School without notice. Kiah shall not be liable to you, or to a third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Zap School.
