About Nerd Girl Café:
Nerd Girl Café is a digital membership designed to support you over time, operated by Kiah Worling Pty Ltd, ABN 44 611 250 625. Most members stay for at least 12 months, because this isn’t a dip-in-and-out kind of space. It’s a place you return to, where things start to click and small shifts compound into something much bigger. There’s no minimum term though. You’re not locked in, and you’re welcome to stay as long as it supports you.

When you join, you’ll receive an email with your access details to step inside the community.

Plans and billing:
The price and billing frequency for your plan are shown at checkout. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period [monthly, every 3 months or yearly, depending on your plan] and I’ll charge the card you provided until you cancel. All prices are in AUD and include GST for Australian customers.

If a payment doesn’t go through, I’ll reach out so we can sort it together. If it can’t be resolved, your access may be paused until it is.

You can upgrade from Café Lite to Café Plus at any time. Your new price and billing date will be confirmed before you’re charged.

Cancelling:
You can cancel any time by clicking the “Manage your payments” link inside Circle. If you can’t access it, email yougotthis@kiahworling.com and I’ll take care of it for you. Your cancellation takes effect on your next billing date, so you keep access for the period you’ve already paid for [1 month on a monthly plan, 3 months on a quarterly plan or 12 months on a yearly plan] and you won’t be charged again.

14 Day Happiness Guarantee:
I want you to feel confident saying yes. Step inside, explore the space and give it a genuine go: complete the First Steps, join at least one Live Event, follow a tutorial in the Tute Library and act on a prompt from a Nerdy Note. If you show up, take these small actions and it still doesn’t feel like the right fit, email yougotthis@kiahworling.com within 14 days of your first payment and I’ll refund it.

Outside of this guarantee, I don’t offer refunds when you cancel or change your mind, because this is a digital membership with instant access. The only exception is if I close Nerd Girl Café, which I cover under Good to know. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your access:
Some content, including the Plus pathways and playbooks, is released over your first 12 months, so what you can see depends on how long you’ve been a member.

You’re responsible for having the device and internet access you need to use the platform. If something isn’t working as expected [like access links or login issues], reach out and I’ll make sure you’re looked after.

Your membership is for your personal use. Please don’t share your login details, or distribute, copy or resell any content from inside Nerd Girl Café. All content remains the property of Kiah Worling Pty Ltd, and your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. This protects the integrity of the community for everyone inside it.

Our community:
Nerd Girl Café is a thoughtfully held space, where clarity, generosity and respect shape how we all show up. By joining, you agree to engage in a way that supports the community. If participation is consistently misaligned with the spirit of this space, I’ll reach out first wherever I can. If it can’t be resolved, access may be removed to protect the experience for everyone inside, and the rest of that billing period won’t be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

Good to know:
Nerd Girl Café shares education and general guidance for small business owners. It isn’t legal, financial or other professional advice, and results depend on what you choose to do with what you learn.

From time to time, Nerd Girl Café will evolve, including updates to content, features or pricing, as the space continues to grow and improve. If a price change affects your membership, I’ll let you know at least 28 days before it applies. Any change applies from your next renewal, so you’re never charged more partway through a paid period.

It’s not something I ever plan to do, but if I close Nerd Girl Café, I’ll give you at least 28 days’ notice and a pro rata refund for any period you’ve paid for but won’t be able to use. This applies to monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.
